Job Purpose
Major Responsibilities
- To regularly update customers' database .
- To insure proper filling (soft copy & hard copy) of all customers' related documents during all job stages (Presales & Sales).
- To help processing customers' PO's as per company's policy.
- To properly help to register & update Presales & Sales Teams activities.
Job Requirements
- Females' only
- University degree
- 2-5 years’ experience on admin work especially customer relation
- Excellent user for Microsoft office programs (word, excel, power point)
- Business writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong record keeping skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information
