Job Description

  • Listen to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Review cost sheets & orders in the system to confirm invoices 
  • Prepare any daily, monthly, or quarterly requested reports about sales and send it to the sales manager.
  • Follow up on visits & attendance of the sales team.
  • Make a Plan for the next day and follow up with Logistics, purchasing &finance 
  • Update stock report daily 
  • Focal point between the department & any other department 
  • Follow up on all sales deals and the customer delivery of company products.
  • Keep product knowledge up to date to be ready to answer customer inquiries. 
  • Assist Sales AM with preparing tender documents and folders. 
  • Prepare warranty certificates for devices purchased and delivered to customers
  • Preparing Registration documents for clients & vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Odoo software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus.
  • IT background is a plus.
  • Presentable
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
  • Excellent English Language written and spoken
