Job Description
- Listen to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Review cost sheets & orders in the system to confirm invoices
- Prepare any daily, monthly, or quarterly requested reports about sales and send it to the sales manager.
- Follow up on visits & attendance of the sales team.
- Make a Plan for the next day and follow up with Logistics, purchasing &finance
- Update stock report daily
- Focal point between the department & any other department
- Follow up on all sales deals and the customer delivery of company products.
- Keep product knowledge up to date to be ready to answer customer inquiries.
- Assist Sales AM with preparing tender documents and folders.
- Prepare warranty certificates for devices purchased and delivered to customers
- Preparing Registration documents for clients & vendors.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- Hands-on experience with CRM Odoo software and MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus.
- IT background is a plus.
