Job Description

Sales Representative with software solutions / light current systems / IT knowledge to join our team.

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
  •  Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  •  Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of each client. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their needs. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to management.
  •  Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our company and establish connections within the community. 
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills through ongoing training and professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales (preferably IT sales), with a minimum of [1] year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good technical aptitude and understanding of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, from initial contact through to post-sale support.
  •  Self-motivated and results-oriented- passionate about exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
