Job Description
- Audit tickets/chat/calls for the employees in the company’s departments.
- Fill and report all requirements assigned figure from the manager.
- Deliver the needed feedback according to employee performance.
- Prepares quality reports, collecting, analyzing and summarizing information regarding quality.
- Confirm that the audit procedures are properly carried out.
- Perform Quality Control on standards including checklists.
- Contribute to Quality plan improvement.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very good user of Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork player.
- Time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Skills to identify and analyze problems.
- Very good command of English (spoken & written).
- Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Experience needed: at least 2 years.
