HR Specialist

We are seeking an energetic proactive HR specialist to join our team.

You will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience to meet our company’s current and future hiring needs beside the some other HR functions. 

Responsibilities:

• Collecting hiring requests from the company’s different departments to fill vacancies in a timely manner
• Writing job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacancies
• Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities
• Identifying, developing, and promoting diverse recruiting sources and methods to widen Algoriza’s pool of talented candidates
• Operating our recruitment tracking pipeline to manage our candidate pool from posting to offering and sending feedback emails/closing the vacancy.
• Screening applications by analysing and evaluating applicants’ qualifications in accordance with job requirements to determine best-qualified candidates.
• Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs
• Sending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers
• New hires onboarding.
