Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, face to face or by email
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Follow up with customers
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Manage administration

Benefits:-

  • Salary up to 3000 LE Based on the interview
  • (Basic Salary + USD Commissions).
  • Office Location:- Nasr City - Cairo.
  • Working Time:- From 10 Am. To 6.00 Pm.
  • One day off (Friday).

Job Requirements

CUSTOMER SERVICE as the below criteria:

  • Gender:- Females only.
  • Experience: Over 1 Year Experience required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation and English language skills.
  • Age:- 21 – 30 years.
  • Residence : Cairo
