About the Job
  • Follow up customers correspondences.
  • Follow up sales team meetings.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing; E-Mails; etc
  • Organize meetings and arrange appointments
  • Will be responsible for certain tasks in Marketing & Administration departments
  • Prepare required reports.
  • Maintain an inventory of all necessary forms, stationery and related office supplies for the office.
  • Provide administrative support to sales Manager.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
