Job Description
- Responsible for building business by identifying and selling prospects
- Maintaining relationships with clients
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Talented in gaining new sales opportunities
- Execute day to day sales activities including attending to sales meeting
- Preparation and follow-up of new Tenders
- Explore new contracts and develop new businesses
- Ensure successful renewals of existing accounts
- Achieve revenue targets
- Responsible for creating reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Filing, archiving and recording the progress of business trends, translating them into reports as requested from the direct manager. Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work as well as client and agents database is well maintained and updated.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales inquiries either via face to face, telephone, fax and email.
- Study technical specifications.
- Perform tasks as per direct managers instructions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- Males Only
- 1-3 years of experience, preferable experienced in the printers field
- Good experience in Tenders.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- English proficiency
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Organized and possesses a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork
- Team player
- Hard worker
