Job Description
- Operations supervisor with experience in property management.
- Dealing with clients.
- Manage property day to day issues and hinder bigger problems prior to escalations.
- Scope would include reinforcing the operations and tenant manuals, dealing with tenants, rent collection, supervision of property everyday operations (Maintenance, cleaning, security, etc...).
- Make instant decisions
