About the Job

Job Description:

  • Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the managers’ correspondence, including calls, emails, post and fax to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Prepares, revises and follows-up on expenditures, payments, procurement and financial reporting.
  • Preparing invoices and liaises with the accountant for payable taxes.
  • Keep track record for all issued Bank Guarantees
  • Present monthly expenses reports to Managing Director.
  • Type letters, faxes, and any required correspondences.
  • Filing for all incoming/outgoing correspondences
  • Compiles and prepares reports, presentations and/or personnel statistics.
  • Establishes and maintains employee files, Cards.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (stationary/ cleaning material).
  • Supervise office boys team and direct their efforts.
