- Producing continuous polyurethane foam, in different sizes, shapes, rolls, forms, quilted, laminated mattresses, cushions, furniture
- Staff About 140 of colleagues
Job Description :
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact between departments
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Job Requirements
- 1+ Years experience in the same position,
- Excellent knowledge of office ( Specially in Excel tools )
- Very good command of both written & spoken English,
- Able to work independently and Under pressure
- Presentable
