Job Description
- Estimate the amount of required materials, equipment, and construction time
- Prepare material submittals and data sheets
- Direct workers throughout construction phase
- Prepare shop drawings with computer software (CAD )
- Prepare contract documents for sub-contractors.
- Prepare running invoices including actual material take-off.
- Coordinate work with other dis-(Mechanical, Electric , Civil )
- Manage day to day activities of site.
- Oversee & follow up on project timeline
Job Requirements
- Primavera knowledge is a plus
