Job Description

  • Promote and sell a wide range of tours, excursions, transportation and travel packages including cultural, adventure, luxury, and customized experiences.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about itineraries,modes of transportations, pricing, availability, and terms.
  • Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
  • Book transportation, make tours reservations and collect payment/fees.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and itineraries tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  • Keep up-to-date with tourism trends, competitor offerings, and new attractions across the U.A.E and any other destination belong to OceanAir Travels.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in trade shows, travel expos, seminars and networking events to promote the company’s services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
  • Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
  • Network with tour operators.
  • Maintain statistical and financial records.
  • Meet profit and sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated sales experience or a strong aptitude for selling travel-related products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and analyze performance-related data and sales reports.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify, generate, and follow up on new leads independently.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (such as Spanish, Italian, or Chinese) are considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable approach.
