Job Description
- Make Outbound calls and take inbound calls checking customers satisfaction and follow up on customer orders tracing requests
- Assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Participate in activities that designed to improve customer satisfaction
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Ensure a high level of quality and service excellence.
- Coordinate activities between clients and operations department

- University Degree
- Calls Center/Customer Service Experience and Fresh graduates
- Male and Female
- Strong verbal communication skills over the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good to Excellent command of English
- Ability to handle customer complaints and ensure closure with resolution
- have a passion for providing excellent service level
- ability to use MS Office Package Internet and other work related softwares.
- Ability to multitask and follow up efficiently
