Job Description
Brief:

Responsibilities
- Laying out the strategy for new enterprises
- Laying out the strategy for expanding current project revenues and optimizing their performance
- Oversee strategy execution and meeting KPIs
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Manage day to day operation activities
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers.
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Personal Assistantship Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
- Managing your employer’s dietary needs and assure required nutrition is per-ordered on time.
- Managing your employer’s transportation needs and assure times; e.g. ensure providing a suitable clean car on time, ensure the availability of a capable trusted driver when needed
- Managing your employer’s financial responsibilities and assure they are planned out and fulfilled on time.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field of studies ( Business Administration or Law Studies is preferred)
- Excellent Command of Written and Spoken Arabic and English
- 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in administrative field
