Job Description
- Handling clients requests (domestic request )
- Handling hotels booking - cruise - transportation - excursions
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to get best price
- Following up with the clients during and after their trip through various channels (Calls, emails, social media channels etc.)
- Well usage of our social media channels in order to respond to clients' requests
Job Requirements
- Excellent soft skills
- Good command of English
- Excellent dealing with computer ( MS Office ) and search engine
- Ability to work with team under pressure
- 1-4 years experience in same field
