Job Description
- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and close sales efficiently.
- Organize and handle all aspects of domestic travel packages, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and tours.
- Manage reservations and contracts with local hotels, transport providers, and activity organizers.
- Design and develop both tailor-made and fixed domestic travel packages across different regions.
- Proactively handle any issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and service providers.
- Contribute to the planning and launch of new travel products and packages.
- Collect and assess client feedback post-travel for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in domestic tourism or a similar role.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Ability to lead and manage travel groups during trips.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Deep knowledge of local destinations, attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle unexpected travel issues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Negotiation skills to secure competitive rates with local suppliers.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Tech-savvy with good command of reservation systems and online booking tools.
