Job Description
- Communicate with international clients through phone, email, and chat to understand their travel interests and requirements within the country.
- Handle incoming tourist requests from A to Z, including accommodations, airport transfers, guided tours, domestic flights, and excursions.
- Plan and customize travel packages based on client preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate with local hotels, transport companies, guides, and activity providers to deliver a seamless travel experience.
- Manage booking confirmations, reservations, and ensure smooth operation of each tour.
- Create tailor-made or fixed inbound travel packages for groups and individuals.
- Deal with last-minute changes, emergencies, and client needs in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and service partners.
- Participate in designing new products, promotions, and seasonal travel programs.
- Gather client feedback after trips to ensure quality and satisfaction are met.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inbound tourism or a related field.
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German as a second language is required.
- Deep knowledge of local tourist destinations, history, and cultural highlights.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings or changes.
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable rates from local suppliers.
- Familiarity with reservation systems, online booking tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
