Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by end users of various areas such as, desktop systems,users applications,Oracle ERP application,internet and other computer technology.
- Set-up and maintain company's hardware,install and repair linux and windows OS on employees machines with standardized application.
- Install and administrate Windows server, Active Directory,DNS,DHCP and Security/Policies.
- Follow-up with human resources in case of new/resigned staff and their applications.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar position
- Computer Science Bachelor degree
- Preferred to be a CCNA & MCSA certificate holder
- Should be able to work during non-working hours
- Understanding of networking concepts,firewalls,ports,TCP,UDP,routing tables, Subnets,VLANS.
