Job Description

  • Handle customer's inquiries.
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
  • Preparing offer and contract for customers.
  • Handle emails as per business needs.
  • Supporting customers with repair tickets and inquiries.
  • Created call sequencing flow chart, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with vendors & Issuing a purchase order.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and status.
  • Filing and data archiving.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in English.
    • Fluency in English.
    • 1-3 Years of experience
    • Gender: Female.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Interested to work in Customer Service Representatives.
    • Preferably resident in Maadi.
