Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to facilitate future sales.
- Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of potential customers.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 to 3 years.
- Females only.
- Education: Business relevant Bachelor
- Preferably a resident in Nasr city or close neighborhoods
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Analytical & Attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic & eager to learn.
- Good command of both written & spoken English.
- Good user of the CRM system.
