Job Description
- Make phone calls for marketing and sales to potential and existing customers to promote software and technology courses.
- Explain the advantages and benefits of the training courses to customers and provide necessary guidance for them to make the right choices.
- Document customer information and call details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve company-set goals.
- Receive customer feedback and provide it to management to improve services and increase customer satisfaction.
