Job Description

A 6-months employment contract for an accelerated development track paid internship program, after which you may be assigned to your first entry-level Human Capital Management role. 

If you are looking to explore a career path in the Human Capital Management field, get hands-on experience at how companies approach recruitment and selection, performance management, and career development. You will have the opportunity to carry out real live responsibilities and learn on the job. 

You will gain hands-on experience with the how to:

  1. Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
  2. Assists with special project work including research, salary surveys, and job fairs…etc.
  3. Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
  4. Analyzes data & information and evaluating result to suggest the best solution.
  5. Maintains Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
  6. Administer periodical surveys to measure employees’ level of motivation and satisfaction in order to maintain the optimum level of performance and productivity.
  7. Coordinate with the line managers the annual training plan based on the training needs assessment.
  8.  Follow up on the conducted training courses and check if all arrangements are done properly and as agreed to ensure the effectiveness of the training course.
  9.  Conduct evaluation procedures at the end of training course to evaluate the quality of the course and training institute/instructor.
  10.  Review the policies and procedures periodically to ensure that they are in shape with the environment of the company and the labor law.
  11.  Check the company needed policies and procedures and tailor them accordingly under HC manager supervision.
  12.  Periodically revise job descriptions to ensure their properness to the business requirements and conduct job analysis and ensure that employees are fully aware of their job duties and responsibilities.
  13.  Manage the proper implementation of the competency-based performance management system for proper assessment to ensure two-way communication and clear objective setting to employees.
  14.  Ensure proper delivery of the needed information for the career growth, training needs and salary annual increase for the employees.

 

Job Requirements

Required Education

  • University graduate 
  • Post graduate (diploma or certificate) in HR management could be a plus.

Language skills

  • Very good in English and Arabic (writing – speaking – presenting).

Required Experience

  • Fresh graduate – they have to present an essay about their extra-curricular activities
  • up to 6 years of professional work experience – they have to present an essay about why they are considering the career shift.

  • To be analytical, organizational, 
  • Leadership skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities 
  • Results-oriented, intuitive, and innovative problem solver with an open mind set 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organized and structured individual 
  • Good user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (bi-lingually)
