Job Description
- Manage the inventory of supplies, monitor stock levels, and ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Additionally, Responsible for developing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.
- Implement a process and system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of order reports.
- Develop and manage strategic sourcing programs that increase quality, and improve pricing and supplier availability, with successful implementation of the programs and reduced overall procurement costs.
- Utilize analytics and data to track supply chain performance metrics and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Meet cGMP Quality requirements.
- Allocate vendors for raw and packaging materials and interview them to ensure quality requirements and product availability.
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science (Preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Resident in Jeddah /Rabigh Region is a must.
- Good knowledge of Law & Governmental affairs especially those related to SFDA.
- Problem-solving Skills.
- Fluent in English / Arabic Language is an asset.
