- Excellent translation skills in Chinese, English and Arabic.
- Interpret in meetings from Arabic to Chinese and vice versa.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Receiving guests, answering or transferring external calls
- Responsible for the daily administration of the workplace area, management of the office environment, etc.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proven work experience as a Translator Interpreter or similar role.
- Proven experience as office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Fluency in English in addition to your native language
- Proficiency of Microsoft tools, such as word, excel and PPT.
- Familiarity with translation software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures & Equipment
