Job Description
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide detailed information about products (features, pricing, services).
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Help customers compare prices and features of different products.
- Cross-sell additional products to meet customer needs and increase sales.
- Ensure that all shelves and racks are fully stocked and well-presented.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service during peak hours.
- Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager to improve customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services to provide the best advice to customers.
Job Requirements
- No prior experience is required, but retail sales experience is a plus.
- Good appearance and professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work full-time (12 PM to 10 PM or 10 hours per day, with 1 day off per week).
- Undergraduate students are welcome, provided they are fully available.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic math skills for transactions and pricing.
- Ability to work towards and achieve monthly sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic use of store management software.
