Job Description
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, panels, switchgear, and power distribution units.
- Supervise and support production teams in troubleshooting electrical issues during manufacturing and assembly.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with national and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical products or systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for recurring technical issues.
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams for new product development and product improvements.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient manufacturing practices and processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and training.
- Support customer technical inquiries and participate in technical sales meetings when required.
