Job Description

  • Monitoring and maintaining local networks and servers.
  • Administrate center, local hosts, DC, ADC, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Escalate critical issues/bugs to necessary parties including IT, Application Support.
  • Install and configure new servers, workstations, and other IT requests.
  • Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end users, ability to perform basic troubleshooting, and assist users through simple procedures.
  • Duties include information assurance, general application support/installation, system troubleshooting, and other system/user support duties.
  • Manage data/systems backup, migration, and disaster recovery.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer Engineering/Telecom, Computer science information technology, information systems, etc.
  • Has a strong Knowledge about CCTV, Attendance Machines ,and Finger print. 
  • Able to work in an environment using cloud systems.
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
