Job Description
- Assist the Finance Director in developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's financial objectives.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor departmental budgets, and to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Manage and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective controls and risk management strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations, and advise senior management on potential impacts and opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to the Finance Director, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings with external stakeholders, such as auditors, bankers, and investors, to address financial matters and provide necessary information and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business/Commerce with Major in Accounting.
- Certificates: CMA, CPA, CFA
- Experience: 10 :15 years of experience, preferred in F&B.
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Ability to create financial system & accounting structures.
- Strong technical skills & Excellent user of MS Office, ERP
- Able to Build, manage, guide and lead team to ensure appropriate financial processes are used.
- Very Good English Language.
- Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic decision-making.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and accounting software.
