Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening and face to face interviews).
- Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
- Supporting in other HR functions when needed.
- Responsible for preparing hiring documents for newly joined employees.
- Handling the on boarding of new employees.
- Handle the resignation of existing employees and on-time replacement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience: min. 2 years as technical recruiter. (Preferred: with recruitment agencies background)
- Exp. in Recruitment agencies is a plus
- English: Excellent to Fluent.
