Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Kitchen & Dressing Designer with an architectural background and 5–10 years of proven experience in interior design. The ideal candidate will lead the design of bespoke kitchen and dressing room solutions that combine functionality, elegance, and precision—tailored to each client’s lifestyle and spatial needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and ergonomic layouts for kitchens and dressing rooms, incorporating modern design principles.
•  Produce high-quality 2D/3D drawings, shop drawings, and presentation renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools.
•  Conduct client consultations to assess space, budget, and design preferences.
• Translate client requirements into technical designs that optimize space, storage, and workflow.
•  Collaborate with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
•  Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware in coordination with the project team.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
•  Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies in kitchen and wardrobe design.
• Lead the end-to-end design process for custom kitchens and dressing rooms, from initial client consultation to final installation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements, translating them into innovative design concepts.
• Develop detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and technical drawings using industry-standard design software.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings that align with both aesthetic and functional goals.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Oversee site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and monitor project progress.
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to achieve optimal solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in kitchen and dressing room design.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, creative team environment.
