Job Description
- Prepare estimated priced BOQ.
- Preparing and approve design/shop drawings for power and low current systems.
- Preparing a list of the shop drawings.
- Preparing and approve technical data and all material submittals.
- Preparing and approve lux calculation.
- Evaluate technical and financial offers.
- Analyze price proposals.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers.
- Review the project documents (project design drawings, BOQ etc...)
- Collect the requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear,
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- 5 or more years commercial projects experience.
- Extensive practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Practical experience with CAD software, DIALux is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
