Job Description
As the SAP Project Coordinator, you will work as part of a multi-disciplined team within the Operations department - being responsible for all SAP material data and process within the potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.
- Support the Project Manager and onshore project teams with various administrative tasks as required
- Structure and maintain the project files in compliance with company procedures/Archive
- Day-to-day project administration
- Correspondence
- Preparation and organization of meetings and meeting rooms
- Coordination of minutes for project team meetings
- Work closely with the project management team on Monthly and Bi-Weekly Reports for the Client and ensure all updates/deliverables are completed on time
- Organize all required business travel arrangements (e.g. flights, hotels, etc.) and keep the administration and registration thereof
- Understanding of the process for visa/work permit applications as required
- Inform relevant personnel and local agents about all travel arrangements and requirements in due time
- Coordinate team events and catering for meetings when needed
