Job Description
- Negotiate with wholesalers and offline suppliers to get competitive rates.
- Create Packages.
- Supervising on operation team.
- Arrange internal tours and suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clients.
- Arranging Fixed inbound Packages
- Handle day to day tour operation.
- Stand by on call 24/7 for handling the sudden circumstances of clients.
- Manage relation with suppliers.
- Managing hotel inventory, hotel reservations and hotel contracting.
- Follow up payments to vendors and accounting.
- Handling registrations for conferences worldwide
- Preparing Tariff (Requesting hotels rate) sign contract Rates with hotels.
- Handle travels arrangement, hotel reservation, and transportation.
- Handling all office details (i.e. following up with supplier & clients).
- Checking room nights and other relevant documents, and room allocations.
- Searching for the potential conferences, meeting and events which are published to be held, and contacting the decision maker convincing him/her to let my company being the official handler for this project.
Job Requirements
- 2 + years minimum experience in inbound tourism
- Excellent Knowledge of Juniper system.
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems).
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Posses negotiation skills and working independently.
- Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills.
- Strong Knowledge of key holiday destinations.
- Foreign language skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & Multi Tasking.
- Attention/ Eye for detail.
