Job Description
- Responsible about opening assigned groups files and making all required reservations.
- Preparing and submitting price quotations
- Handling operations requirements.
- Coordinate rooms’ allocation with hotels and cruise ships.
- Notify tourism police about groups’ itinerary.
- Prepare and notify tourism police about group’s arrivals and itinerary.
- Revise the hotels and cruise ships contracts terms & conditions.
- Prepare expenses sheet and payment to suppliers.
- Prepare finalization sheet on monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as incoming Tour Operator.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills; word, excellent, internet.
