Job Description
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management in compliance with the best practices.
- Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting, Modelling and extraction.
- Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
- Good experience in configuration of “Roles Based Permissions”.
- Candidate should have experience in configuration of provisioning.
- Should be able to configure “Families and Roles” in the system.
- Should have experience with SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting and production deployment.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.
- Must have experience in creating reports.
- Knowledge in integration of Recruitment with Employee Central and Onboarding will be an added advantage.
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Job Requirements
- At least one end to end implementation.
- Integration with SF talent modules is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
- Experience working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology
- Knowledge in current SF version is required.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is an added advantage
