We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our IT and software purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals, request quotations, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Evaluate and inspect the quality of purchased products, identifying and addressing any deficiencies.
• Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to support the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of IT products and software solutions.
