Job Description
- Provide help desk support for all users (hardware, software, and peripherals).
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Installing, configuring & supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting end user system and Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Working with domain controller
- Configuring and troubleshooting (access points, fingerprint and cameras
- Manage the infrastructure including firewalls, routers, network and other.
Job Requirements
- Professional Knowledge about installing and configuring computer operating system, software, printers and scanners.
- Professional Knowledge about investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Age less than 28.
- Language Skills: Good English (oral/written).
- Graduated from Computer science or engineering
- Experience Needed: 1 to 2 Years
