Job Description
- An executive administrative and personal assistant to the company CEO
- Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the office
- Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility.
- Schedule and arrange meetings
- Direct preparation of records such as agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
Job Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of sound experience.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Multi tasked person with very good interpersonal and communication skills
