Job Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Documentation and Reporting
- Create comprehensive and accurate documentation of software issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Prepare detailed reports on software defects, including their impact and severity.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
2. Software Testing and Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
- Develop and execute test cases and test scripts.
- Collaborate with the development team to investigate and reproduce reported issues.
- Document and track software defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software stability and reliability.
3. Integration Testing
- Test Vosita's integrations with third-party practice management systems.
- Document and maintain comprehensive testing records for integration testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
4. Performance Testing
- Conduct performance tests using JMeter to evaluate application metrics.
- Measure and assess application speed, scalability, and stability.
- Create performance testing scripts and scenarios for different load conditions.
5. Test Automation
- Assist in automation efforts using Python (Robot Framework) and JavaScript (Playwright).
- Develop and maintain basic automated UI and API tests.
- Learn and contribute to reusable test frameworks and utilities.
6. SEO Testing
- Conduct SEO audits using Screaming Frog on testing environments.
- Identify and report potential SEO issues that could affect website rankings.
- Verify SEO best practices are maintained across all web pages.
Preferred Skills
- Working with Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of programming languages.
- SQL experience and basic understanding of relational databases.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
