Job Description
- Monitoring the staff in the salary system and in applying the tax segments, the annual increase in insurance and exemptions.
- Implement the full session of the salaries in the scheduled time to each customer.
- Clarify and explain any private updates in insurance taxes segments.
- Responsible for the annual assessment of the department staff.
- Coordinate between the department director and the staff to inform them about any new decisions that will organize the work in the department.
- Ensure on applying insurance rates according to the law.
Job Requirements
- V. Good Command of English Language
- Gender : Male
- Preferable experience in Personnel Department & knowledge of "Labor law, Social insurance & Income Taxes".
