Job Description
- Guide new Hires through Onboard Process (Contract, Legal Papers, Online Forms. etc.).
- Assist in monthly payroll process.
- Handle Social/Medical Insurance for Existing/New Employees .
- Keep and update employees’ records and files
- Administer all end of services and termination procedures and clearances
- Develop and maintain a proper archiving and personnel filling
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English speaker.
- Good Knowledge of Labor Law / Social Insurance Guidelines.
- Preferable 1 year relevant experience.
