Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager is a hugely exciting, new opportunity as a member of the digital marketing agency team at South Sector.

Initially reporting to the CMO, the Performance Marketing Manager will be a key player across our performance campaigns; helping to devise strategy and leading on managing campaign timelines, budgets, optimisations, and reporting. You will use your analytical mindset and skills to review performance, create reports and optimise adverts accordingly, with a strong focus on providing the best return on investment for our clients.

This is the ideal role for someone who is ambitious, truly passionate about performance marketing and looking to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor Ad-Campaign metrics and lead the digital marketing channels such as: Social media platforms, Website, advertising campaigns, etc.
  • Reporting and optimisation including an in-depth analysis of LTV, CPA and ROI of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Monitor and create a digital marketing budget
  • Create performance metrics and conduct analysis to determine effectiveness of the project and implement changes when required
  • Day-to-day lead for strategy, planning and delivery of digital media campaigns to develop new audiences
  • Work to a set cost per acquisition and continually monitor campaigns to achieve desired outcome
  • Be a key driver of continual innovation and testing
  • Meet deadlines and KPIs for multiple projects
  • Clear and concise communication of campaign progress and results with stakeholders and clients
  • Keep up to date with the latest new trends of Ad-Innovation and technology in areas related to digital marketing performance to determine the ability to apply / use them and the potential resources required
  • Evaluate market needs and understand how to acquire knowledge about clients trends and demands.

Requirements:

  • Able to spot underperforming campaigns and quick to fix them
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to track and report on key metrics 
  • Experience building paid campaign strategies and plans
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Ability to work autonomously and own the outcome
  • Experience managing (or assisting in management) of large budgets and delivering against multiple KPIs
  • Ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships with excellent communication skills
  • A data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
  • Confidence with the ability to connect with people and be a team player
  • Constant desire to learn & undertake new challenges
  • Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to understand & adjust to differences between geographies & cultures
  • Able to keep up with digital advertising and internet marketing trends
  • Fluency in English is required.
