Job Description:

  • The main role of the Job Holder is Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
  • Manages Office boys tasks and follow up on office cleanliness.
  • Front Office Tasks:-
  • Scanning documents for employees if needed
  • Operating the International Calls
  • Welcoming Candidates,Guests and seating them in the designated area
  • Purchasing Office Needs:-
  • Weekly order for Office drinks
  • All Stationary items
  • Office Courier
  • Samples of products related to clients
  • Organizing the Catering of Office Events
  • Responsible for the Coordination of Business Visas and all documents related to Business trips
  • Reservations of Air-Tickets and hotels if needed
  • Responsible for reporting to the finance all office expenses on weekly basis

  • Responsiveness to requirements of Staff
  • Efficiency (Getting tasks done properly , accurately and on-time )
  • Adaptable ( Able to adapt oneself to new surroundings; to make suitable change so as to fit new conditions)
