- The main role of the Job Holder is Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
- Manages Office boys tasks and follow up on office cleanliness.
- Front Office Tasks:-
- Scanning documents for employees if needed
- Operating the International Calls
- Welcoming Candidates,Guests and seating them in the designated area
- Purchasing Office Needs:-
- Weekly order for Office drinks
- All Stationary items
- Office Courier
- Samples of products related to clients
- Organizing the Catering of Office Events
- Responsible for the Coordination of Business Visas and all documents related to Business trips
- Reservations of Air-Tickets and hotels if needed
- Responsible for reporting to the finance all office expenses on weekly basis

- Efficiency (Getting tasks done properly , accurately and on-time )
