Job Description
- Managing director assistant.
- Welcome and direct clients.
- Responsible for all calls, emails and meetings .
- Customer Service (Clients Calls)
- Arranging all documents. - logistics department.
- Arranging travel documents (visa, accommodation)
- Responsible about courier things.
- Follow up with all branches about updates
- Get Quotations for shipping and printing
- Follow up with clients about updating product prices
- Make market research report Every 2 weeks
- Follow up with service providers ( invoices, new offers, getting new lines)
- Make cash follow for internet invoices every month
- Make price quotations and typing contracts.
- Any required office work.
Job Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good English
- Gender: Female.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Good at Computer applications skills
