Job Description
- Practice active listening, open ended dialogue, and rapport building to gain a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs in an effort to enhance their charitable giving
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate in house resources
- Make thankyou calls and follow-up calls to all donors as well as informing them with the new campaigns and projects in the foundation,
- establishes a good relationship with the donors to increase donations.
- Quarterly plan review, analyzing, evaluating modifying and developing the plan to achieve the goals and KPIs of the year.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Gender: Female
- Exp Not less than 1 year in the same role
- Good computer skills.
- Candidates with the Experience in NGO’s or charities will be preferred.
