We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a genuine passion for travel and commitment to deliver outstanding customer service. The Operations Executive/ Assistant Manager will provide operational support to our agents by processing their requests and resolving their queries/ issues in an effective manner.
- Process New and pending enquiries, new bookings and amendments adhering to the service level agreements ensuring all queues are cleared prior to the end of the working day and work is prioritised according to relevant offices time zone.
- Manage booking, negotiating with the supplier to retain the booking, handling on tour issues and negotiate compensation to the guest.
- Provide total operational support to agents.
- Investigate and manage queries from agents adhering to the service level agreements with accurate information; processing no-shows and cancellations avoiding costs and penalties where applicable
- Reserve and confirm as requested by agents with speed, accuracy and efficiency and within a given time-frame.
- Assist agents with any queries/problems they may have in case if guests are traveling.
