About the Job

Responsible for preparation of tender summary & tender submission (technical and commercial offer) under the supervision of concerned manager.
Prepare quotations under the supervision of Operations Manager.
Follow up receiving all documents (Daily reports and technical reports) from the diving supervisors after completion of the job.
Prepare pre-qualification documents as per client request.
Responsible for updating past experience for the company.
Follow up collecting QHSE forms related to operation from QHSE team.
Follow up implementation of operations department objectives/quarterly evaluation & statistics in interchangeably.
Check company’s emails at short intervals and announce the urgent e-mails to concerned manager/employees.

Job Requirements

University graduate - Preferable Faculty of Engineering graduates.
Excellent command of English language (Spoken & written) Preferable English school graduates.
Excellent communication Skills.
Self-motivation.
Ability to work in team.
MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook.
