Job Description
- Role is reporting to Corporate Travel Director.
- Leading Team of MICE and Groups.
- Participate in appraising staff and draw annual plan for section.
- Participate in target forecasting, setting and monitoring targets achievements for teams.
- Analyze lost business opportunities and develop correction plans.
- Develop weekly and monthly reports, presenting collective number of files and total markup generated (expected VS materialized).
- Developing monthly and quarterly status progress report, measuring percentage of targets achievements.
- Identify opportunities for business development; working closely with Corporate Sales Team
- In liaise with Corporate Sales department, conducting sales visits to generate business opportunities.
- Present Blue Sky, in supplier’s events and submit visit report.
- Negotiate with Suppliers best rates and contracting conditions.
- Monitor quality of Suppliers.
- Introduce new suppliers in regular.
- Conducting satisfaction customer survey, assessing supplier’s services.
- Present Blue Sky, in supplier’s events and submit visit report.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, excellent Presentation skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Excellent English Language Level (writing – understanding).
- Experience: not less than 10 years of experience in MICE and Groups Field minimum 3 years managerial role.
- Travel industry background is a plus.
