Role description:
Looking at the Executive to serve as a “Brand Ambassador” and not just as a sales staff at the store. She will carry the image of the brand and exude the philosophy and values of the brand. Position is transferable and candidate may get assigned to Montegrappa and Vertu brands within Delhi or Mumbai.
Directing all activities required to achieve store business objectives.
Main activities:
- Attending customers in store - Solving customer quarries and problem related to products.
- Implement action plans, previously agreed upon with management, to develop sales
- Participation in high end local events for brand activation and supporting product launches.
- Focus on client retention and new customer acquisition
- Ensure the implementation and development of company CRM initiatives
- Customer service and after sales experience in order to increase and retain customer loyalty
- Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing
- Doing Market survey related to sale and marketing if required for specific purposes
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by worldwide headquarters
- Position is based in Delhi but may be transferable to Mumbai as per the need of the company
